Ordering and payment

Payments are made manually through Revolut or IRIS; the website does not process cards. A spot, duck race entry or order shows as Pending until we have received your payment and confirmed it. Unpaid reservations may be released so others can buy the spot.

Live breaks

• Each break states its number of spots, price and rules. Teams are drawn at random, live on stream.
• Cards pulled from the teams you were assigned belong to you and are shipped to you.
• Results of a break are random and we cannot guarantee any particular card or value.
• If we cancel a break before it happens, you will receive a full refund.
• Because a break is a live, date-specific event, spots are not refundable once the break has started, unless we were unable to complete it.

Duck races

Entries are for a live, random draw. Winners and prizes are announced on stream. Entries are not refundable once the race has been drawn. If we cancel a race, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

• We ship to Cyprus and Greece with BoxNow. Shop orders ship within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
• We may store the cards opened in a break for up to 2 months. After this time, you can choose to purchase delivery and we will arrange for your cards to be shipped.
• Break spots: €2 shipping to Cyprus, €5 to Greece. Shop items show their shipping cost on the product, and the total is shown at checkout.
• You must give us a correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted for shop items. Our products are collectibles, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of any product once it has been returned. Please check your order carefully before paying, and contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Stock and prices

Stock is limited and prices may change. If an item sells out while your order is pending, we will contact you and refund you in full.
