Who we are

SelcouthCards is a trading card shop and live-stream business based in Cyprus. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use selcouthcards.com, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you reserve a break spot, enter a duck race or order from the shop: your name, email address, delivery address (street, city, postcode, country) and an optional contact number.
• The items you ordered, the price, and whether your payment has been confirmed.

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details. Payments are made outside this website, through Revolut or IRIS, and are handled by those services.

How we use it

• To reserve your spot or order, confirm your payment and contact you about it.
• To pack and ship your order. Delivery details are shared with our delivery partner, BoxNow, only to deliver your parcel.
• To keep the business records we need for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your details are stored in our database and are visible only to the shop owner when logged in. Other visitors to the website can see which spots are open or taken, but never who bought them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under EU data protection law (GDPR) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal reasons. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Third-party links

Our site links to Twitch, Instagram, Discord and Revolut. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
